Your website should bring you business, not give you more work.

I handle the strategy, copy, design, technical setup, and the systems behind the site for local service businesses. You have one conversation with me and correct a finished draft. That's the whole job on your end.

Built for
Real small businesses, real deadlines

Built mainly for local service businesses.

HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, contractors, wellness practices, med spas, and professional services where a single new client is worth real money. If a better website would materially change your revenue, we should talk, whatever the industry.

You shouldn't have to become a web designer to hire one.

Most website projects stall because the owner is asked to do the hardest part. I do that part.

A typical website project

  • You write all the content.
  • You go looking for photos.
  • You decide what pages exist and what goes on each one.
  • The designer waits on you.
  • Three weeks becomes three months.

How I work

  • One recorded 30-minute conversation about your business.
  • I create the page structure and write the copy.
  • I photograph the business if you don't have images.
  • You correct a finished draft instead of starting from nothing.
  • We launch on the date in the contract.

Start with the website. Add what you need after.

Most clients begin with a website project. Ongoing care and lead systems are there when the business is ready for them, not before. Full pricing

A good website is only useful if the lead goes somewhere.

The site is one part of the customer's path. For businesses that need it, I also build what happens next.

When someone requests a quote

Visitor Quote request Instant notification Routed to the right person Follow-up

When you miss a call

Missed call Automatic text reply Lead captured You're notified

These are optional. A lot of businesses are well served by a good website and a phone that gets answered. If your leads are already slipping through the gaps, though, this is where the next gains usually are, and it's built on the same site.

Five steps. One of them is yours.

You show up for the conversation and the review. I do the rest.

  1. 01

    Site review

I look at your current website and business and send you a short recorded walkthrough of what I'd change. Free, and useful even if you don't hire me.

  2. 02

    Intake

One focused, recorded conversation about your business, your customers, your services, and what you want the site to do. This is the only homework.

  3. 03

    Build

I create the page structure, write the copy, design the site, and build it. If you don't have photos, I come and take them.

  4. 04

    Review

You get a finished draft and a walkthrough video. You tell me what's wrong. Correcting something is ten times faster than creating it.

  5. 05

    Launch

Final mobile and technical checks, domain and SSL, Google Business Profile updated, forms tested end to end. Then a short video showing you how to make simple edits yourself.

Questions owners usually ask

How long does a website take?

Most projects are live within two to three weeks of the intake conversation. The date goes in the contract. The main thing that slows a project down is waiting on content, which is why I produce the content.

What do I need to give you?

Thirty minutes of your time, your logo if you have one, and access to your domain. Photos if you have good ones. Everything else I'll create, pull from what already exists about your business, or shoot on site.

Do I own the website?

Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the site lives in an account you control, and the finished work transfers to you on final payment. If we part ways, you keep everything.

What if I already have a site?

Start with the free review. Sometimes the right answer is a few targeted fixes rather than a rebuild, and I'll tell you if that's the case.

Do I need the automation stuff?

Probably not at first. Most businesses are well served by a clear site and a phone that gets answered. Lead systems make sense once you're missing calls or losing quotes to slow follow-up.
